Edward Quinn, President
Edward leads our board with a focus on strategic planning and governance. His leadership ensures that our community standards are upheld and that we move forward with our goals.
Daemar Spraggins, Vice President
Daemar supports the President and acts as the architectural review lead, overseeing all architectural requests and ensuring they meet our community standards. He steps in as acting President when needed and is involved in various aspects of community planning and project management.
Llewellyn Nash, Treasurer
Llewellyn manages our community's financial matters, including budgets and financial reports, ensuring fiscal responsibility. He also handles requests for refinancing and closing documents, assisting members with the necessary financial transactions during property sales or refinancing.
Shatiyya Mayfield, Secretary
Shatiyya keeps detailed records of all board meetings and correspondence, ensuring that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Brian Richardson, Director of Landscaping
Brian oversees the maintenance and beautification of our common areas and green spaces, coordinating landscaping projects throughout the year.
Shannon Wells, Director of Community Engagement
Shannon is responsible for fostering community spirit and engagement through events and communications, enhancing the social fabric of our neighborhood. He is also the point of contact for bereavement support and welcoming new residents, ensuring they feel part of our community.

Larry ensures that meetings are conducted orderly and according to the bylaws. He also oversees code enforcement within the community, ensuring compliance with our rules and regulations, and manages the imposition of fines for any infractions.
LaQuita Hearn-Quinn, Director of Social Media LaQuita manages our online presence, updating the community on events, notices, and important information via our website and social media platforms.
