Please note: The Village of Olympia Fields requires this letter from the HOA as part of the closing process. Without this letter, your property closing will not be approved.
 
How to Request a Clearance Letter:
  1. Contact the Treasurer: Reach out to the HOA Treasurer via the contact details provided on our website. Please allow sufficient time for processing your request.
  2. Provide Necessary Details: Ensure you provide all required information, including your property address and the date of the closing.
  3. Processing Time: The request for your clearance letter will be processed as promptly as possible. We recommend submitting this request at least two weeks before your closing date to ensure no delays.
